The complex of the School of ten classrooms in Via Sacco and Vanzetti in Frattaminore (Naples) is structurally made up of two buildings that have similar structural types: the volume of the school and the volume of the gym with annexed rooms.
This is an artifact built in the 1990s with a load-bearing structure in concrete, left unfinished and never completed, lacking all the fittings and finishing touches and pouring into a state of neglect and degradation. The project of the interventions was approved on 02.21.2013 with Resolution of G.C. n. 24, and concerns the planned works that involved the reinforced concrete structures of the building dating back to the late 90s, similarly adapting them to the Technical Building Regulations (DM 14/01/2008) and a systematic set of works such as to render the school complex is suitable for the use for which it is intended according to the provisions of the Regulation on energy containment.
